Information entered in the enquiry form

The form runs in your browser. This website does not send form entries to a server, database, analytics provider or CRM. Preparing an email places the details in your configured email app. You decide whether to send it. Downloading a brief creates a text file on your device; keep that file only as long as you need it.

Email enquiries

If you send an email to ScaleSync, the recipient and the email providers involved receive the contents and usual message information. Include only what is needed to discuss your project. Please do not send passwords, payment details or customer datasets in an initial enquiry. Questions about access to or deletion of an enquiry can be addressed to the contact email.

Cookies and analytics

This version does not include optional analytics, advertising pixels, session replay, third-party fonts or tracking cookies added by the website. It does not use local storage to retain your form details. A hosting or security provider may process connection information such as an IP address, request time, browser information and requested resource to serve and protect the site.

Hosting and external links

The public site is served through Cloudflare. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for its provider practices. External reference links open third-party websites with their own policies. Clicking an email link opens your email application; those services apply their own settings and policies.

Operational details and updates

This page explains the implemented website behavior. Retention periods, legal bases, business identity and any project-specific processing arrangements should be documented by the business for the relevant market and engagement. If the site later adds server-side forms, analytics, accounts or connected tools, this explanation needs to be reviewed before those features are enabled.
