Project Scope & Website Terms
ScaleSync's website introduces services available for discussion. Updated 7 October 2026. For a proposal, email info@scalesync.net.
Service descriptions
Descriptions illustrate potential scopes, not a binding offer to deliver every capability in one engagement. Availability, fit, deliverables, deadlines and responsibilities are confirmed in a written proposal. Brand and platform names identify possible tools; they do not imply certification, endorsement, affiliation or ownership of those tools.
Fees and external costs
This website publishes no binding prices. A project agreement should separate service fees from advertising budgets, hosting, API/model usage, software subscriptions, licenses and external production. Prepaid hours, carryover, expiry, payment dates, cancellation and refunds must be agreed for the specific engagement; no default terms are invented here.
Ownership and access
Source code, content, design assets, accounts and third-party licenses should be addressed in the project agreement. Access should be appropriate to the task and revocable. Client assets must have suitable usage rights. Confidential information and customer data require an agreed handling process.
Outcomes and acceptance
Search rankings, AI citations, advertising returns, uptime and uninterrupted migrations are not guaranteed by these service descriptions. Acceptance criteria, testing, known limitations, support and recovery responsibilities belong in the written scope. Third-party products and policies may change.
Enquiry tools
The form prepares an email or downloads a text brief. It does not send an enquiry itself or confirm mailbox delivery. You remain responsible for reviewing and sending the message through your email provider.
Formal agreement
This page is a scoping explanation. It does not replace a complete services agreement identifying the contracting business, governing law, liability, dispute process and applicable consumer rights. Those details must be established for the actual engagement before services are purchased.
